Shipping Policy And Return

Local Pickup:

In store pickup is available Monday-Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

How long does it take to process an order?

The processing time varies for each item. Your order will be shipped within 5-7 business days of placing your order. So if you'd like your order to ship sooner, please get in touch with us, and we'll do our best to comply.

Note: Shipping times depend on your location. It can take 5-7 business days for domestic delivery. International delivery takes longer. Personalized (custom) order also takes longer because they are made-to-order.

My order has not arrived, will you reship it?

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for any lost packages and will not reship any orders that do not arrive. Once your package is shipped, the shipping agency becomes responsible for the package and its arrival. 

Can I make changes to my order?

Please, if you need any changes to be made to your order contact us within 72 hours if you need a change in order, so it still gives us time to make changes, process the order or refund if necessary. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has been shipped.

How do I check the status of my order?

Shipping comes with a tracking number for all products. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. 

International Shipping:

We offer international shipping. Please reach out to us with your exact location to enable us to run the exact cost of shipping for you.

Note: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Return Policy

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns only if the buyer notifies us within 1 week after delivery and returns the product within 2 weeks after delivery. And if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

Note: We do not accept returns of personalized (custom) products because they were created with your desired features.

  • In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at irina@bunadventureseries.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
