Spring Doorway

The spring doorway serves as an open and closed door that can prop open if the bunnies push through. By opening up the holes in the door, they can see the outside. This will be a test of their adventurous spirit. Will they go through the door? Or Not?

The doorway can be attached to any of our castle units, and is most suited for our Maze & Feeder collection and the Special Edition. Please make sure to double check the dimension before ordering.

CONSTRUCTION & QUALITY
All of our toys are made of untreated unfinished birch plywood, comprising of 1/4" thickness plywood. The Bat Bunny Doorway is super easy to assemble and can be easily detached for storage and cleaning.

As an advocate of bunny living welfare, we are committed to designing and creating products that are safe for bunnies. Our Spring Doorways are not an exception. They are made of 100% untreated birch plywood and cotton fabric. This makes it safe for bunnies to chew on without any risk of contracting toxic substances into their system.

How long does it take to process an order?

The processing time varies for each item. Your order will be shipped within 5-7 business days of placing your order. So if you'd like your order to ship sooner, please get in touch with us, and we'll do our best to comply.

Note: Shipping times depend on your location. It can take 5-7 business days for domestic delivery. International delivery takes longer. Personalized (custom) order also takes longer because they are made-to-order.

Yes, we offer international shipping.
Note: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

We accept returns only if the buyer notifies us within 1 week after delivery and returns the product within 2 weeks after delivery. And if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

Note: We do not accept returns of personalized (custom) products because they were created with your desired features.
